By accessing or using OKed ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
OKed is a human-in-the-loop authorization platform that enables users to approve or deny actions performed by AI agents. The Service includes the API, web dashboard, Telegram bot, and all related integrations.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys and credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all laws and contractual obligations applicable to you, including data protection laws and any agreements you have with the third parties whose data may flow through your agents.
API access is subject to rate limits. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend access for excessive or abusive usage. Service-level agreements, if applicable, are governed by separate agreements.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
You acknowledge that when you use the Service, action descriptions and parameters submitted by your agents are processed by OKed to deliver the approval flow and maintain your audit trail. You are the controller of any personal data contained in those payloads, and OKed processes that data on your behalf as a processor.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. OKed follows a fail-safe model: if the Service is unreachable, pending actions are denied by default to protect you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OKed and its operators shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Service. This includes damages resulting from approval decisions, denied actions, missed approvals, delayed notifications, service outages, the fail-safe denial behavior, or any actions taken or not taken by your AI agents.
You acknowledge that the Service is a safety mechanism, not a guarantee. You remain responsible for the design, deployment, and supervision of your AI agents, and for the consequences of actions they perform.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OKed and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
